looks like a dream flight, huh?  unfortunately, the movie held freddy's interest just long enough for me to take these pictures.

YAY!!  abbi and pops picked us up at the birmingham airport.  after a quick lunch on the front porch at merrill and barbara's we headed to smith lake.

 
low country shrimp boil.  pat dreams of this all year. 

 
it was a great weekend with all the johnstons.  obviously, i didn't have my camera (or my phone) out very often

after the weekend, we had a couple of days at the lake with just abbi

then sims, leslie (les-a-lee), williams (will-ee-yums), and porter (poe-doe) hill came for a couple of days

poor porter, nobody would touch her bc she had hand-foot-mouth disease.  we all survived!
