i drove the golf cart for pat and freddy in laurel one sunday afternoon... and actually enjoyed it!

we tried some painting one morning. it lasted about 5 minutes...

we were at the lake for the 4th of july and i only took a few pictures. maybe i was too busy chasing this little girl! can you see how big her belly is? that's from drinking so much lake water. ha! thank you pops and abbi!

monday night we had a little dinner party to celebrate my birthday and marion's birthday. and i have 3 pictures. ha! wes made yummy creme brulee (sp?) and i wore one of meme's dresses from way back when. i love it!

after a month of being away, it sure was nice to be home in hattiesburg. and we got to see patty and freddy and ginger and warner, who came for the wedding of our friends britt and crystal rowell.

sims and leslie and baby williams hill came to spend the weekend with us at the lake. we had perfect weather, delicious food, and fabulous fellowship. come back soon!

memorial day weekend at smith lake

we got to spend a few days with the johnston clan at the lake. we had a great time with pops and abbi, aunt carley and uncle richard, uncle merrill and ALL the cousins. but we missed aunt barbara, who was home with the flu :( looking forward to 4th of july!

yay! we love the lake house!!! (and daddy loves having a mustache!!!)

the oldest and the youngest. i cannot believe merrill III is 13. it seems like just yesterday he was laurel's age!
